New Look BULA Brasserie

The new look Café Korolevu (Now called the BULA Brasserie) cost close to half a million Fijian dollars, and the Food & Beverage Manager ~ Mr. Brad Calder, is optimistic that this will place the Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa up there amongst the 5 star properties. 

Amongst the change in the Café is a new state of the art buffet station.  According to Calder the new buffet station is by far the best in Fiji featuring 12 hot dishes using the latest induction technology, 2 large open the chill wells which uses cold air curtain technology to flow over the top of the food.  The feature live station allows for the Chef to prepare a variety of dishes for each themed buffet.  The Café has been refurbished with local mahogany wood on the waiter’s stations, French doors, furniture and fittings.

With this new upgrade in the services of Food & Beverage, the Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa is confident that our guests will be able to truly indulge in the ultimate dining experience.

The Bula Brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a themed buffet nightly from 7am – 10:30pm daily, and bookings are not essential.
